This Privacy Policy explains how RW MobiMedia UK Limited ("we", "us" or "our") handles information in connection with the TapChae-K app (the "App"). TapChae-K does not require an account. The card records the App reads are kept on your device, not on our servers.
Information We Collect
- Technical information about the Journeys you look up or report, used to provide and improve Location names.
- Device, usage and diagnostic information, including identifiers, collected automatically when you use the App.
- Purchase confirmations from Google Play.
- Information you send us when you contact us.
We design the App and our services to collect information in ways that do not identify you, wherever possible. We do not link this information to your identity, except for messages you send us.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide, secure and improve the App, to show advertisements, to confirm purchases, to respond to you and to comply with the law. We rely on our legitimate interests, the performance of our contract with you, your consent where required, and our legal obligations.
Sharing and Transfers
We share information with service providers who help us host, secure, analyse and fund the App, and where required by law. These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States, with appropriate safeguards where required.
The App uses Google services and software, including Google Play (app distribution, purchases, updates, reviews and app integrity), Firebase (including Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config and App Check) and Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google may collect and use information from your device, including identifiers, independently under its own terms and privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy), including as described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can manage some Google settings, including ad personalisation, in your device and Google account settings.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your Rights
You may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to a data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Because we do not link most information to your identity, we may be unable to identify records that relate to you and so unable to act on such requests.
Children
The App is intended for adults and is not directed at children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.

We entrust processing to, and transfer information overseas to, Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. (United States and other countries where they operate) over the network when you use the App, for hosting, security, analytics, advertising, purchases and email, and for the retention period above. You may refuse by not using the App or the relevant feature.
Information is deleted when no longer needed. You may opt out of personalised advertising in your device settings, and exercise your rights by contacting the Privacy Officer.
